My USPS tracking number says that the package is still in pre-shipment. The last notification I received was on june 8 from UPS stating that the package has arrived at the local post office. I'm assuming due to COVID and the extreme bulk of packages in the mail, everything is delayed.

She sent a QR code to return it to Amazon via the UPS Store which said above and below it, "no package or label needed."
